Lesson #1

Today I got a charley horse during my 20 minute presentation about the Crandall Historical Printing Museum. That's what you get for standing on your tippy-toes and flexing your calves at the same time.

try it.

Oh...LOLFOFLOL!!! I've tried it...in the choir loft...it does wonders for practicing balance too!! Lucky for me I quit before the charley horse hit...

Tanner calls them "childbirth in your leg." The closer I get to actual childbirth, the more wrong I think he is... but dang those cramps hurt! Ouch!
