I Love BYU: Reason #14

I really do enjoy BYU, but I'm not sure if I'm at reason #14. Maybe I'm even beyond 14. The low cost of tuition is by far reason #1. I'll get back to you on reasons 2-13. What brings me to such a likeness today is the fact that someone returned my wallet. With everything in it. Everything. This semester I have lost my BYU ID card, my phone, and just recently my wallet (Not to mention the countless times I have misplaced our keys). All of which have been returned. What a fabulous campus. I carry two bills in my wallet. There is a $100 bill and a $2 bill. One is too big to break and the other is too extraordinary to waste. It's perfect. I don't spend anything! My mind has apparently been else where lately so when I reached for my wallet and found it was missing I went straight to the Lost and Found. There it was. My mustard colored, silver lined wallet--with all the contents. Thank you BYU for the honor code.

i love u sara! if that happened at USF (university of south florida), my wallet would be ripped apart by my savage student body, my identity would be stolen and i'd have to cancel all my cards. enjoy the Y!

I know, don't you love that? I also really love that you carry around $102 with you. I have a couple of $2 bills and I have no idea what to do with them but I know I can't actually USE them.

One time when I worked on campus my boss left his laptop in a classroom for like a whole day, and of course it just showed up in the Lost and Found. He came back in the door proclaiming, "I love BYU!"

Wow good thing you got your wallet back with everything in it. That is a GOOD reason to like BYU. I'm glad someone was honest and turned your wallet in. ;)

Oh, it was YOU? I took it to lost and found, perhaps you want to give me a reward....I'm thinking the one you don't want to break would suffice.

I quite like your mustard colored wallet. I also have a 2 dollar bill that I have had in my jewelry box since I was about 12 or so...

Haha i love that you carry around your $100 and $2 bills your too funny. i have $2 bill but it also just sits in my jewlery box. People that return stuff are the best I lose my keys and i-card about 15 times a semester. ( and thanks for all the lower case i's haha)

i had that same luck when i was down there TWICE. but i don't think i ever had that much money in my wallet.

when i was doing training i did learn that sometimes the byu police plant objects with tracking devices in them to stop all the thefts they can on campus. mostly bikes, laptops and other electronics.. i guess not wallets, but i still think that it's interesting.

i miss you.

Little do you know, whoever found your wallet placed a counterfeit $100 in it and took the real one! ;)
Haha I love that you won't spend those! That's how I am with my American $1 coin - not quite as rare or extraordinary as your $2... but I refuse to use it!
Haha I love you.
